My intentional healing journey started nearly 7 years ago.

It’s been tough. Real tough, but whilst I’ve healed and changed, the world around me has changed too. Our worlds often reflect what’s happening inside, and I’m starting to bathe in the light at the end of the tunnel, though I still have some way to go.

Through this blog I share my experiences, my insights into what I’ve learned, and my challenges ahead, to help those who are on similar paths. Since its launch in June 2022, writing and sharing my experiences has helped me infinitely.
